Today's Response Time, a devotion and prayer time for the fire industry is led by Michael Smith, a member of the Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus team.

The thought for today is "Ambitious for..." When we think of the word ambitious it can often bring up negative thoughts as we might remember people who have used the drive to be ambitious to push over and step on people.

The scriptures do say that kind of ambition is not accepatable but it is okay to be ambitious when it focused on doing good for God. Galatians 5:16-20 and Romans 15:20
